Please ensure your measurements are correct at the time of ordering.  We suggest you use a soft measuring tap and take the measurements below to determine your correct cap size.  If you are in between sizes it is best to go for the cap size above as this can be adjusted via the small insert strap.

The guide is based on finding the best fit if you have little or no bio hair, if you do have bio hair please size up by half an inch
