All ready made wigs are refundable, please inform us with 3 days if you would like to return your unit. The piece must be returned in its oringial state, unaltered with lace still intact. The buyer must pay for all shipping costs and a 10% restock fee will be deducted from the balance to be refunded.
All bespoke wigs dispatched in the UK are sent First Class via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service provides a tracking facility and will require a signature upon delivery at your stated address.
