All bespoke wigs are non - refundable due to the nature of the product. Any adjustments or changes can be made and will be accommodated within the first 14 days on receipt of the wig.
All bespoke wigs dispatched in the UK are sent First Class via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service provides a tracking facility and will require a signature upon delivery at your stated address.
