ORDER PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY
READY TO SHIP WIGS
In-stock, ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment.
All in stock units come as seen, but we are happy to make any alterations if you would like. For additional cut, including a fringe please pop details in the notes. This also includes changing the part or styling straight.
PRE ORDER WIGS
Wigs ordered from our pre order collection have a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once your unit is complete, we will contact you via email with photos for you to check the unit before we arrange delivery.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom wigs can be ordered via our ‘Custom Order Form’ and typically take 6-8 weeks to complete. Once your custom unit is ready, we will reach out to you via email to notify you of its completion. Again we will send photo's of the finished unit and ensure you are happy before arranging delivery.
SHIPPING
All wigs within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are expected to reach you the next working day. Please note, all UK deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
Wigs sent outside of the UK are dispatched via international courier and typically take between 3-7 days to arrive. Shipping costs will be quoted depending on the destination country.
PLEASE NOTE
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT once the shipment reaches your destination country. ‘Bespoke Wigs by Justine’ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. We advise you to check with your local customs office regarding any potential charges before placing your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
READY TO SHIP UNITS
If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return your unit please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your wig, the item must then be returned in its original condition (lace must not be cut) with all items included. As the buyer you are responsible for the return costs of the item. Please ensure that it is sent via a tracking service and it is insured up to the value of the items cost. Once received the item will be checked and you will receive a refund minus a 10% restock fee of the original item cost. If you would prefer to have an exchange or use the funds towards a custom order kindly let us know.
PRE ORDER WIGS
Unfortunately wigs from our collections are still considered a custom made item, for this reason we cannot except returns on these items. However ensuring that you are happy with your purchase is paramount so please get in touch and we can always offer an alternative. Just ensure that no changes have been made to the unit and that the wig lace is still intact.
CUSTOM WIGS
Unfortunately again due to the product nature all custom wig units are non refundable, however if you are unhappy with your wig again reach out and hopefully we can come up with a solution.
